Seafood dishes (Grilled fish)

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets (e.g., tilapia or snapper, about 1 lb total)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation (20 minutes):

  • Marinate: Mix oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Rub over fish fillets and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Grill: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill fish 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
  • Serve: Serve with bariis or a side of salad.
