Giorgis Teklemikael is a prominent Eritrean politician and a member of the People’s Front for Democracy and Justice (PFDJ).
He has held several key ministerial roles since Eritrea’s independence in 1993, including minister of transport and communication, minister of trade and minister of finance.
Giorgis holds a PhD in statistics from East Germany and has been instrumental in shaping Eritrea’s economic and developmental policies.
