Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Butter or honey, for serving
Preparation (30 minutes):
- Make batter: Whisk flour, milk, egg, sugar, cardamom, and salt until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Cook crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Pour ¼ cup batter, swirling to spread thinly. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve: Stack crepes and serve warm with butter or honey.
