Abraham Belay is an Ethiopian politician of Tigrayan descent who has served as the minister of water, irrigation and electricity.
He has also served as minister of defence, minister of innovation and technology and chief executive of Ethiopia’s Tigray interim administration.
Abraham is a former president of Ethiopia’s Tigray Prosperity Party.
